truth generator script #39

@rhugman the truth generator script runs (its slow as since high res) but I i havent plumbed up the part where we take the truth model output and get them into the "truth" dir that the other notebooks are pointing at....

Awesome. Ive got to redirect next week so if you want, maybe you could make the ies and da notebooks intelligible? Also @mnfienen and @briochh have grudgingly agreed to review/test the notebooks for us. You think we are ready for that?

Haha - cool, nothing like a bit of external pressure to get things moving. The glm/fosm storyline should be ready early next week. I'll switch to ies and da notebooks then.

Should we hold off on review at least until we've gotten through a 1st draft of glm/ies/da notebooks? In case we discover something that requires major changes. DA is somewhat parallel, but ies not so much.
