Feat optnb #56

added two pestpp-opt notebooks and two very slow pestpp-mou notebooks. I also noticed the intro to freyberg notebook is pointing at the older bin dir. Should we update all notebooks to use bin_new with OS-specific subdirs?

I had to merge with upstream develop - hopefully I didn't goof anything...

@jtwhite79 , can you check the "aside on coupling" section in the opt_2 notebook and choose whether you want to keep your or my text (or blend them together).

@rhugman ugh sorry I forgot about that bit. I looked and I like takes, so I kept them both. The concept of coupling is pretty deep so I think having it explained two diff ways is good (I think...)
