Cleanup & move to CircleCI #23

TravisCI would frequently fail for seemingly no reason, so giving CircleCI a try with some extra goodies. Also removed testing scripts/config/SQL files for a cleaner repository - if you're still interested in a testing enviornment, instructions on how to do so should be available soon :)

Does not include any breaking changes code-wise, so merging this in to examine new CI/CD behaviour.
