Missing imports for FatalError

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run any of the binaries except pssh
2. Do something bad

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We expect a message about the error and see "NameError: global name 
'FatalError' is not defined" instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.2.1 on RHEL5

Please provide any additional information below.
