I'm sorry but I know very little about RB4 clusters besides how to encrypt/decrypt them and retrieve the SKC. I bought one that I use for testing but I only use it on the bench as I don't own a car that is compatible with it.
No apologies needed, I have a spare cluster so I don't mind experimenting but what would the correct command be when trying to load the eeprom file? And does the cluster have to be in new mode or adapted mode when writing?
Dear Sir! What kind of RB4 you talking about ? Audi Rb4 or VW Rb4 ?
2002 Audi A4 Rb4
copy eeprom from source to target not work, immo data tyed to mcu, so you cannot copy, i matched used audi rb4 clusters many time with other tool (smok uhds), enough to read and write security block from source to target, i dont know how to to it with this tool bcouse no rb4 in my hands, maybe you can attach dumps, then i try to check them..
Trying to copy over the eeprom from my original cluster onto a used cluster, successfully saved encrypted and unencrypted copies of both clusters eeproms using dumprbxmem 65536 864 and dumprbxmem 66560 1024. When I try to load the original eeprom file onto the used cluster in new mode (4) I get failed to unlock cluster and write eeprom failed.
