Make segments optional on LineSets

If segments are not specified, vertices are implicitly connected in order.
This is equivalent to default segments value of [[0, 1], [1, 2], [2, 3], [3, 4]...] but saves storage space

Implementation notes:

In the code, this should be as simple as adding required=False as an additional argument to the segments property on linesets
The implicit default behaviour described in my previous comment also needs to be documented. Likely the best place for this is the docstring.
