Problems with some BSA and BA2 archives #16

~10% of BSA\BA2 archives from games by Bethesda (TES IV: Oblivion, TES V: Skyrim LE\SE\AE, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, Fallout 4, Fallout 76 and Starfield) don't unpacking

Fixed archive unpacked from Fallout 4, Fallout 76. Will be upload in next update

Fixed archives from TES IV: Oblivion, TES V: Skyrim SE\LE\AE. However, many archives from Starfield and almost all archives from Nehrim, Enderal and addon TES IV: Knights of the Nine are still not working. Also, don't work ARCH3D.BSA from TES II: Daggerfall

Added support Nehrim, Enderal, Enderal SE, TES IV: Knights of the Nine and ARCH3D.BSA from TES II: Daggerfall Left to fix: some archives from Starfield and saving cubemap textures from Fallout 4, Fallout 76 and Starfield
