Main Feature

Enter:

[ ] consumable
[x] R3 cap/pow, hack speed,
[x] hack levels, and hack milestone reducers,
[x] target level manually, or
[x] target level as "next milestone" or higher milestones
[x] time spent hacking

Get for all hacks:

[x] required time / bonus increase to target level
[x] level increase / bonus increase in the specified time period

Possible Extensions

[ ] hack day planner

Hack day planner is basically implemented with min/max total times. Consumables are easily factored in with 2 multiplications. Closing this for now.
