Possible inaccurate cost of Wish 192 #78

I believe the cost of Wish 192 is overestimated in the Wishes tab. When balancing with three other wishes, wish 192's progress is much faster relative to the levels that I set while the other three wishes proceed at their same, slower pace. Likely that the base cost of wish 192 is incorrect in this tool. Thank you!

Looks like the base cost in the optimizer is 4e25, while it should be 6e25. So it should progress slower, maybe it takes longer because of the rounding. Either way I'll fix it, thanks!

image To assist, here are the calculations that I followed. As of now, all items are at level 3 except wish 192, which has reached level 8 for the resources specified. Effectively, while spending ~6x base cost for the level 0-3 wishes at this balance, same resources spent 36x for wish 192.
