Cleaned up Code and Files + Features #4

We'll have to tidy up the read me and the code a little more, but this is a good start.

We also added a legend and colorized graph to make more sense of the data.

Finally, you can choose the stocks you want on the graph if it's in the data by going to stocks.txt and adding the Stock Symbol between % signs like: %APPL%.

The values are hard coded for the amount of stocks, currently at 505.
