remove exit() in process_refund.php #31

causes problems. bad practice.

@mikegfink can you take a look. I get no output on the screen when I enter 3001 as a receipt number

I get "Error 76" when I try to return an item for a second time... no idea what that means...

Ya something broke that page. doesn't work anymore.

@gminaker K i found it. Is it possible to pass something like "This went wrong for item %s", $item into the error stack?
