Add version information to jquery.flot.js #324

Currently, jquery.flot.js has no version or revision information.

This makes it very difficult to tell what version a given jquery.flot file is 
when 
encountered in an existing codebase.

There's a comment at top - I guess you may be thinking of the minified file? 
I've added a ! to comment so it's now preserved by YUI compressor.

I think it in general would be beneficial for 3rd-party plugins if they could 
check the version number and maybe do a little dance too. I've been waiting for 
0.7 to fix this, and have just added a $.plot.version now.
