Startup Window set to TV causes black screen startup #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Settings->Appearance.
2. Change Startup window to "TV"
3. Exit and start XBMC

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is: Normal XBMC Startup with Aeon Nox skin showing TV Startup 
window
What is shown instead: Black screen with weather showing. Similar to what is 
seen in this thread:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aeon Nox 4.0.9
XBMC 12.1
Windows 8 Pro x64 and Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
