I add some github workflow that I use on others projects.

I should have specified what it does in detail. You can see the pipeline here. In order:

put a configuration for dependabot. I think you must enable it in the repo configuration for it to work.
lint with clippy and fmt
execute all the tests
security audit with this action
build the doc
execute cargo deny
build on 4 platforms (windows and linux 64 bits, arm 7 and 8)
if all previous steps pass, a release push request is made by release-please
