XPS file format support #44

Great.

I see that in the version 2.9.8 release notes it states Support reading Markdown file.

If I select the md file in Finder and try to associate it with OminiReader Pro, by clicking on the MD file and selecting "Get Info", "Open with" section does not have OminiReader in its list. not if I try to manually select OminiReader by navigating to /Application, it will not allow me.

Am I missing something?
