MOVE option does not work #1

Dear Sirs: The option of moving files to an external USB does not work. All authorizations are applied/allowed and still no success in moving files. I recently reinstalled from scratch Ventura in my MacBook 15 2018 and reinstalled the app and still can not use this option in your software. Looking forward to hear from you Regards

Hello, External disks need to be enabled in the Preferences menu to use! Once enabled, restart Finder.
