Intregrate Boss Health Bar #198

There should be a health bar on screen during boss fights. It should include the boss's name on it. There currently exists a BossHealthBar prefab, but it doesn't look feature-complete, and it isn't added into the actual boss fight scene.

This issue shouldn't be fully done until the UI is finished and added into the game. UI and integration may be done by different people, in which case make sure to keep each other updated. If only part of the task is done, feel free to edit this issue or close it and make another.

This should just be a text field below the health bar itself.
