Added health bars for each player to the ingame UI, complete with a portrait of the character.
Added death. When a player's health drops to zero, they will die. This is implemented by giving the player a Dead state, which hides their sprite for a bit. Currently, the player returns where they died, as this was the simplest and shouldn't cause any edge cases like spawning over a hole.
Also some minor stuff:
Gravity now applies while grabbing things.
Fixed apple not having a hitbox for his mid-air attack.
Fixed watermelon's mid-air attack not disabling the hitbox when finished.
Removed space bar debug key to advance screens (disabled completely in builds. in the editor, it is the tilde)
