I'm not sure if these can be replicated, but I managed to clip through a trash can and the floor using Banana's ground pound attack. My computer lagged when I clipped through the floor, which may have been part of the cause.
Update: a third floor clip has been found at the end of level 3. This one I was able to replicate consistently.
