Einstein said "everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler than that". We've gone a little too far in simplifying location in the Core. Reports need CurrentLocation (I think this might be EntityDefinedLocation) while the most basic orders need NewLocation. (Maneuver Warfare will have a Route that is a sequence of locations; but this Issue is about the Core.) So the LDM Core Ontology should have CurrentLocation and NewLocation, or other classes intended to described these concepts. The Ontology Team should decide how to fit this in with the other aspects of Location.
