Review renaming MapGraphic and representing TaskOrg #43

This means that we need to have (generic) points, lines and areas. This seems to be present in the draft, but we should to consider to rename the MapGraphic concept. MapGraphic points to a specific use of point/line/area meant for presentation to a human on a GIS system. Maybe control measures is too specific as well.

We should also be able to represent a basic task organization (this also seems to be the case in the current draft).
