Temporar Concept is a subclass of itself in the Ontology #51

Is TemporalConcept correctly defined?  It appears to be its own subclass and also a subclass of PhysicalConcept – perhaps this should be defined as a direct subclass of C2SIMContent, i.e. at the same level as PhysicalConcept;
