Compile package into ES5

To be compatible with create-react-app.

Also added missing const

Wow. Thanks for the contribution! Sorry I didn't see the PR before. I saw the issue this morning and didn't refresh the page since. Such timing! The issue was already fixed by just editing deflate.js a bit. Please, feel free to create new PRs for other functionality or fixes =).
