Kernel extension is not from an identified developer #122

When I'm trying to load zfs extension (sudo kextload zfs.kext), there is the
following error:
"
Kernel extension is not from an identified developer
The kernel extension at “/System/Library/Extensions/zfs.kext” is not from
an identified developer but will still be loaded.

Please contact the kernel extension vendor for updated software.
"
Is there any solution for that, to avoid the further warnings like that?

This is a known issue in Maverick and will not be solved any time soon.

Non-technical explanation:

The problem is that Apple tries to force every person developing software for
MacOSX to register as an Apple developer (aka "an identified developer") and be
bound by Apple's Terms & Conditions.

Since I (current maintainer of the old stable MacZFS) totally disagree with
Apple's and other companies' mind set that developing free software should
require a permission from the OS / hardware vendors, I will not sign any
contract to that extend, neither online by clicking an "accept" button in
registration process nor on a piece of paper.

Bottom line:
Once Apple entirely forbids independent free software development, by making
the warning into an error, old stable MacZFS is either dead or needs a new
maintainer. At that time I'll be happy to help anyone who is willing to
takeover maintainership.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I don't see how I can help here.
