Cannot have distinct pools with different case #58

It doesn't seem possible to have a pool called foobar and a pool called Foobar,
since it thinks that the mountpoint (under /Volumes) is the same for each.

Since /Volumes is just a container directory for mounting devices, couldn't it
be set as a case-sensitive HFS+ partition?

Alternatively, the pool could be set such that the root filesystem isn't
mounted. This has some benefits that I'm looking at, such as renaming pools
without breaking symlinks.
