Start slide numbering from 0 #628

Hi,

It's not really an issue, but rather a question, and I apologize in advance if this is not the right place to ask it.

Is there any way to start the slide numbering from 0 instead of 1?

I'm already aware that one can set display to none for the title slide, but it would be nice to avoid counting the title slide in the total altogether to avoid starting the next slide with e.g. 2/total.
