Doesn't parse `non` in authorship #215

I did double-check with taxonomists, and yes, something like non Snyder, 1904 is usually a taxonomic remark, similar to sensu. GNparser is not parsing taxonomic annotations yet, so we can ignore such non remarks for the time being.
