api v0 link not working #114

That URL is not working, but is supposed to be the access point to new API v0 linked here: https://globalnames.org/news/2021/12/12/gnverifier-0.6.2/

GNverifier’s API v1 still can be used (it did not undrgo any format changes), but the web-page and command line app gnverifier moved to use new API v0. When the new API stabilizes, it will be renamed to API v2.

I decided to sunset API v0, sorry for the confusion @abubelinha, and I will try hard to keep backward compativility for API v1, at least for JSON output.
