I followed instructions and installed dependencies:
java (openjdk 11.0.11)
Miniconda
R (4.1.1)
and there was a conda env with qiime2 (2020.8)
I tried to activate it and then
java -jar /home/Desktop/EzMAP.jar
I see the interface and can click on it but nothing happens. I could choose the working dir and choose manifest and meta. But If I want to view results, nothing happens. Also there is no errors.
Then I tried not to activate conda environment and click on the interface Install QIIME2. Also nothing happened.
