[map] Raid at Dawn:Compound in A10-11 Suggestion #105

How will it benefit the map?
Right now there is almost no incentive to go to that South West corner and it 
looks very boring, a compound there would or small town would give people a 
motive to go there and it will make the map seem a little bigger. Also a bridge 
over the water and some fields in A13 area would look nice.

Yeah, I agree. The SW-part is the most boring part... :p. I'll see what I can 
do.
And yes, that water looks bad, I noticed that a while ago, but forgot to do 
something about it. Will fix.
