Apache: Make 2 versions #153

Rename the current Apache to "nl_ahe_apache_afghan" and copy the 
"us_ahe_apache" to "nl_ahe_apache".

We need an Apache like that, to balance things out. The Dutch Apaches have no 
anti-air missiles, but in PR, all attack helicopters are equipped with them, 
so... so should ours.
