[MODEL] Test the Pzh-2000 in a test-environment + sounds #211

We need to test the Pzh-2000, to see if it's operating properly.

Also need to check if the sounds are good enough, or that we need something 
better.

What sound do you have in mind? the firing sound could use the same as the 
M-109.
Maybe we could add an effect where someone shouts Laden!....Vuur! before the 
round fires??
