This is a pitch-black African guy, we should make him more brown-ish, like he's 
from Suriname.

for those who care to read, in the Netherlands we dont have many African blacks 
by percentage of the population, we do however have a large Surinam and 
Antillian community from South America, these usually are a bit lighter in the 
skin colour therefore we had to tone it down a notch :)
