projects string has True's and False's #31

Instead of "Art; Business" for example, it would say "True, True" (views.py, see chosen_projects code)

Resolved in develop branch. Note - I am appending the label for everything, but if the label is "other," appending the data (what user typed in) as well, e.g. a projects summary might be "art; research; other (blah blah)."
