Jabra dongle blinks randomly #76

With the version "Chromehost 2.0 (3CX only)" we have the problem that some Jabra dongles randomly start blinking when you accept a call or not. To stop the flashing you have to uninstall the device driver in the device manager of the headset completely and let it install again.

Hello,

A general observation: The 3CX version is only to be used with applications from 3CX. If you are not using a 3CX application, you should be using the normal Chromehost v2.0.

Your specific situation is difficult to diagnose without more details (dongle models, operating system, headset models etc).

Please note that developer support for library usage is normally provided on developer.jabra.com, the home of the core SDK that is used by the Chrome wrapper ("browser SDK"). This site is used for discussing and collaborating on the actual implementation source code.

We suggest you raise a ticket on the Developer Zone if you need more help on the issue.
