muting media #91

I use BT cloud work (which is basically ring central i think). It asked me to download this msi to link my headset to the call app. It now works, I can attend and disconnect calls etc from my headset. I cant find anywhere to do settings to mute background media when a call comes in?

just FYI - the issue list here is only infrequently monitored.

For issues relating to a specific integration from a Jabra integration partner, you need to contact the partner as they support the integration. (If you are a developer doing or maintaing the integration, please use the Jabra Developer Zone at developer.jabra.com to raise a ticket on the subject to get support.)

As a general comment we can say that the handling of multiple audio sources on your PC is beyond the remit of Jabra software components. We advise you to discuss your requirement with your solution/platform provider (BT it seems).
