Updated Readme.md for V3 #3

Hi,

I am trying out V3 for my analysis. It would be really helpful if you could provide an updated Readme.md for the new version and valid examples for it.

I couldn't find the link. I wasn't not able to replicate the example in documentation with V1 of synth. Can you please guide me to a proper documentation?

I was also trying it, but couldn't really apply it. @anu37 Did you find any solution?

@Dfreckles I finally ended up using the synth package in R. Couldn't find any fix in python.

@anu37 Thanks for your reply. That is what I am doing right now, I am working in R, but I much rather use python.
