first changes to support a cnc3040 with connected DC Motor Controller
i.e. Polulu 36v15
comment out debug.h to use LED line for Spindle/Coolant
set default settings for motors and drivers
activate spindle-direction and coolant control

I'll make an extra branch for my changes. They are too specific for one machine.
