NEJE Master 2 laser engraver: GPLv3 violation? #1005

I'm not quite sure whom to contact on this matter. As far I understand, in case a company uses modified GPLv3 code, but doesn't share the sources, only the copyright holder of the software can request that company to share the sources or submit a claim to FSF.

I've recently bought NEJE Master 2 laser engraver, which comes with firmware uploader software, that claims to upload GRBL-1.1 with some fixes and adjustments made specifically for this device: http://wiki.nejetool.com/doku.php

However, nowhere on their web-site or wiki I could find the modified source code. Contacting them via the e-mails on the linked page above and in their contacts section (https://neje.shop/pages/contact) didn't give any results - they either ignore or pretend they don't understand what "source code" is.

The actual device: https://neje.shop/products/neje-master-2-7w-laser-cnc-laser-engraver-for-metal-engraving-carving-machine-laser-cutting-engraving-machine?_pos=3&_sid=d1f853a99&_ss=r

Is my understanding of the situation correct? Is GRBL community concerned about such usage?
