GRBL uploading issues #1234

Can anyone help with this am using the Aduino IDE 2.2.1 Sketch uses 29320 bytes (11%) of program storage space. Maximum is 253952 bytes. Global variables use 1543 bytes (18%) of dynamic memory, leaving 6649 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 8192 bytes. avrdude: can't open config file "C:\Users\Mark\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\tools\avrdude\6.3.0-arduino17/etc/avrdude.conf": No such file or directory avrdude: error reading system wide configuration file "C:\Users\Mark\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\tools\avrdude\6.3.0-arduino17/etc/avrdude.conf" Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 1
