Update Readme #43

Added minimal version of Python required

I agree with putting the minimal version of python. But I actually don't know if this works with 3.5 or 3.4. Let me do some tests, maybe we could lower the version from the next minor release, who knows! I will do some checks with pyenv.

Ok tested with 3.5 and it doesn't work, since there are many differences between 3.6+ and 3.5-. So I will merge this PR as it is!
