[Bug]enderPearlChunkLoading dosen't work #286

Environment

game version: 1.19.3 mod list: carpet-extra-1.4.91, carpet-tis-addition-v1.44.2 (use to check load tickets) , carpet-1.4.93+v221230

How to recur

  1. Modify enderPearlChunkLoading to true
  2. Run /log ticket ender_pearl to check whether pearl is loading chunks
  3. Pre-generate the chunks where the pearl will pass (fly in the direction of pearl)
  4. Throw the pearls right up
  5. Modify the velocity of the pearl (use /data modify entity @e[type=minecraft:ender_pearl,limit=1,sort=nearest] Motion set value [0d,6d,10d])
  6. You will find that pearl does not always load chunks, but stops at about 16 chunks

df97f78dcbe01f2 Same issue. Seems the pearl only loaded chunks for 1 or 2 gameticks.

In theory, pearl should be loaded 2gt. The problem now is that it is not loaded at all.

hmmm it's OK but won't work with starlight or phosphor

That's very odd, It can normally work with phosphor on my server.

this mod is same not work in 1.19.2 for me, and I test without other mods.
