[Suggestion] Make a command to toggle PVP globally #1723

I would love to see a command that toggles PVP globally. Going to the server files to change it manually can be a bit of a hassle depending on the focus of the server where you may need to toggle it more than once, and also people don't tend to like frequent server restarts to change things on more public servers.

An option if you're not using teams is to have everyone in one team and enable or disable friendly fire.
