WorldEdit commands break dusts, repeaters and comparators. #1863

With carpet installed, WorldEdit commands (move, stack, etc ...) break dusts, repeaters and comparators on blocks. This would happen in MC 1.20.2 or above with carpet 1.4.121 or above. This would not happen in MC 1.20.1 with carpet 1.4.112. This would not happen in MC 1.20.2 without carpet.
