Changing permissions for commands is broken #1886

Hi, so, whenever you want to change permission for any command, it will not happen. It will be written to the comfing file of the world, but will not affect anything. Here are pictures of config and me trying to run /tick rate 15 image image I have verified that game knows that is has been set to true using /carpet commandTick

Try /carpet commandTick 0

commandTick 0 also doesn't work

The /tick command has been added to the vanilla commands in version 1.20.3; if your version is higher than 1.20.3, you may need to enable cheat mode to use the command.
