[bug] Maze with Wind Burst explosion with Optimized TNT destroy blocks and "Instakill" the player #1946

Sorry for my worst English :C, I can explain because the rule OptimizedTNT when are in True, the wind charges and wind burst, the explosion can break blocks and generate a instakill for the player. I see this error previously but they didn't mention the error with the enchantment for the maze.
