I am currently trying to enable Carpet but thing is it won't appear. So I'm currently using CurseForge and when I try to download it straight from there it says "installation failed". I have also downloaded the mod straight from Github and put the file in my mods folder and when I do that its in the folder but won't appear in the list of mods in CurseForge, Thanks to SuperDragonnite2172 on the carpet discord he was able to clarify that CF won't display mods downloaded outside of CF and that he wasn't sure as to why the installation was failing on CF. The link I provided has Lithium enabled but I have also tried to launch the game with Lithium disabled and have ran into the same issue.

I’m aware of this. In the crash report I provided Lithium was enabled however the issue continued to arise even when Lithium was disabled therefore leading to my conclusion that Lithium was not the source of the problem. However I later discovered that I was partially incorrect, In the crash report I submitted I did indeed have Lithium enabled but that was not the leading factor in causing Minecraft to crash. It was actually Carpet and CF that was causing Minecraft to crash. I had originally downloaded Carpet from Github, during this time CF and Carpet we’re having incompatible issues where CF would not render mods downloaded from external sources. This issue was the leading factor in the crashes. After CF posted a fix to this issue the crashes stopped (Lithium was disabled during time). After this the CF fix I enabled Lithium and Minecraft would crash however this time I was able to pinpoint the cause of these crashes. It was Lithium, this fix was easy all I had to do was install a previous version of Lithium and Minecraft would launch with no problems.
