Box initialisation failed in tesseract 3.03

Hi, I beg you're pardon if the issue was already existing (didn't find it).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use text2image with following test.txt file and CreditCard font (work)
2. Try to initialize the boxes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Don't know the correct output. 

Have : id < this->size():Error:Assert failed:in file unicharset.cpp, line 300 
instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

tesseract 3.03
 leptonica-1.70
  libgif 4.1.6(?) : libjpeg 8d : libpng 1.2.50 : libtiff 4.0.3 : zlib 1.2.8 : webp 0.4.0

on linux mint 17

Please provide any additional information below.

Worked correctly until last week, when I tried to add letters to the training.

Bug disappear after a rebuild.
