We will soon need flexibility in running the browser tests. Running them via sbt test mechanism will be cumbersome.
We can use the command line arguments to configure the testing process. The first argument can be a command. Currently, just two types of commands will suffice:
prepare to parse the TOC and emit the data/test-cases.xml file
compare to capture screenshots and compare them. (equivalent to the existing sbt test).
