Our hexagonal stickers should follow "hexb.in"'s dimension #8

They are actually too large and won't fit well with other conventional hex stickers.

Specs are available on http://hexb.in/.

Assigning @AidarItkulov, but I think this is something currently managed by Leonid? Adding @gnolang/devrels for follow up too.

Respectfully, I do not believe this is a devrel-related task, rather this is a design task.

@AidarItkulov if you are unable to submit a PR then we can assist, otherwise I would like to delegate this task to the design department to manage so that devrel can focus on attracting and retaining developers through technical documentation efforts.

I prepared the assets, but I'm not sure I can do the rest. They lost me at 'step 1 – clone this repo' :) Can you please provide help with the technical stuff?
